The youths of Ogun State on Thursday, July 16, 2020, eulogized the First Lady of Ogun, Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun, as a compassionate Mother whose love for the youths knows no boundary.

This commendation is contained in a felicitation message issued by the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter. The State Chairman of the Youth Council, Com. Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe, described Mrs. Abiodun as a reflection of true motherhood whose advocacy for the wellbeing of the society is worthy of appreciation. “We remain of immense gratitude to the Almighty God for the grace on our Mother, Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun. As a disciplinarian who nurtures the youths via godly example and the deepest love, we pray that God, in His infinite mercy, continue to make her dreams come true,” Ayelaagbe said.

According to the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth & Sports, Com. Olamide Lawal, the First Lady has convincingly shown, beyond expectations, a genuine motherly love to the youth constituency. Addressing pressmen at his office, Lawal lauded Mrs. Abiodun for her continued dedication to the welfare of the younger generation.

In his words, the former State Chairman of the Youth Council, Prince Adeleke Adebajo equally described Mrs. Abiodun as a pillar to the achievements witnessed in the State since the inception of the current administration.
