ogun youth felicitates abiodun on electoral victory

The youth leadership of Ogun State has extended a congratulatory message to the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on his re-election and victory at the Gubernatorial poll held across the nation on Saturday March 18, 2023.
Abiodun, declared as the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Saturday's Governorship and State Assembly elections, won his second term on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in a keenly contested election.
The congratulatory, note contained in a letter signed by the State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter; Com. Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe and the Secretary, Com. Akolawole Shoremi, lauded the electoral success as a reflection of the people’s will. The letter, which reads in part, states:
“Your Excellency, it is noteworthy that the youth leadership of Ogun State reckons with your years of commitment, resilience, magnanimity, propensity to youth development and acts of peaceful coexistence as being of justification to your emergence at the election.
“While praying for more wisdom of God to pilot the affairs of our State as a State of many firsts in the anals of Nigeria history, we urge your Excellency, as a promise keeping Governor, to bring to fulfilment promises to the youth constituency and consolidates on the administration's youth inclusion drive to sustain the lofty relationship between the government and the youth constituency.
“We further pray that you remain relevant in the political affairs of our dear State beyond the yearnings of your admirers and expectations of your adversaries.
“Kindly accept the assurance of our continued support with hopes that this new administration brings you wonderful memories of your name in gold as we look forward to an improved and sustainable working relationship with the youth constituency in the State.”
