ogun youth council chairman flags off ogun majlis khuddam 2019 ride for peace campaign

The Ogun State chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Com. Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe, today Sunday 10th November, 2019, flagged off the 4th edition of the annual Ride For Peace campaign programme of the Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya  (Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization) Nigeria in Ogun State.

The programme aimed at “promoting peace, tolerance, unity, kindness, brotherhood, peaceful coexistence and love through cycling” in major cities across Nigeria also featured participation of friends of the Organization. 
Ayelaagbe who doubles as the Deputy National President (Southwest) of the Organization charged members to always imbibe the spirit of unity, love and peaceful coexistence among the residents of Ogun State and Nigeria at large. 

The annual programme which was the concluding part of the Organization’s three days Officers’ Workshop and Welfare Week had on Saturday 9th November 2019 received in audience the leadership of the Council among whom are the NYCN State Deputy Chairman, Com. Olawale Senbadejo; State Secretary, Com. Akolawole Shoremi; and the immediate past Ogun State Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Com. (Prince) Adeleke Adebajo who appreciated the Organization for nominating a thoroughbred and worthy Ambassador in person of Com. Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe as State Chairman of the Council. 

The 4th annual Ride for Peace programme which was held in Ijebu Igbo, Ijebu North Local Government Area of Ogun State, featured cycling around major streets in Ijebu Igbo, having in attendance members of the Organization across Ogun State. Also in attendance are the State Deputy Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Com. Senbadejo Olawale; Coordinator of NYCN for Ijebu Igbo West and Ijebu North Central LCDA'S, Com. Ismail Ogunleye and Com. Shittu Saheed respectively.
