Muslim Faithfuls have been enjoined to reflect the teachings of the holy Prophet Muhammad, and be fair in all their dealings.

In a brief address to leaders and stakeholders of the youth constituency in Ogun State, the State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Com. Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe, urged the youths of the state to imitate the lifestyle of the holy Prophet.

“It is a privilege to witness another Ramadan on earth. This period affords us unlimited blessings from our Lord.

“Regardless of the current hardship being experienced as a result of the ravaging pandemic disease, we owe our Creator continuous gratitude for the gift of life.

“I therefore urge the youths of Ogun State to remain steadfast and be fair in all our dealings with other people. We must be a reflection of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad.

“While the leadership of the youths in our dear state continues to find palliatives to relieve our people on the lockdown, and to ease the burden of fasting, I wish all Muslim Faithfuls the peace and blessings of this holy month,” Ayelaagbe said.

Aside sensitization campaigns already organized by the youth leadership of every Local Government in Ogun State, the State leadership of the Youth Council has also provide relief items to vulnerable youths across the state.
